No Worries Supreme Catering tilbyr spennende retter fra hele verden og kan levere til enhver anledning.
Gründer og eier Palmer Sinokula fra New Zealand har med seg smaker fra mange kjøkken, bred erfaring og leverer noe helt nytt til Bergen.
No Worries har bl.a. levert all backstage catering til stjernene på Koengen gjennom Bergen Live i en årrekke. Artister som bl.a. Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, Lionel Richie og Elton John har alle vært svært fornøyd men maten de har fått servert av No Worries i Bergen.
Nå kan du få like nydelig mat levert til ditt arrangement og vår visjon er at du skal være gjest på egen fest – vi tar oss av alt det praktiske. På nettsiden vår finner du mange menyforslag og har du et helt spesielt ønske – så ordner vi nok det også – No Worries!

PALMER SINOKULA
Eier/Executive chef
Born and raised in New Zealand.
I have always wanted to be a chef from a very young age, I started cooking in 1997 after competing for my culinary cooking school and winning silver medal in competition.
At that competition I was noticed by one of Aucklands leading headchefs, who offered me an apprenticeship in one of Aucklands top fine dining restaurants, Ramses in New Market.
I later went on to work at some of Aucklands best restaurants, such as Euro on the Waterfront and Theatro restaurant, just to name a few.
Wanting to learn more about cooking techniques and different cuisines, I moved to Australia, where I worked in both Sydney and Brisbane for 4yrs, taking in as much knowledge as possible.
Moving on to Bergen, Norway in 2004, I started at Fiskekroken fisk og skalldyr restaurant, and after that I went on working and managing the kitchens for some of Bergen's great restaurants such as Mezzo Restaurant, Sumo Sushi and Barfot Bar & Kjøkken where I also was a part owner.
I have very strong connections to a lot of Bergen's restaurants, which I think helps me to stay in touch with what's relevant in the cooking industry.
This helps me design exciting menus and modern food ideas just for you!
